The journey so far.
Led the 0-to-1 build of Termii Engage, an AI-powered CPaaS, from research to MVP in 5 months with a team of 4. Grew its active user base 8.8x post-launch, with early adoption from a unicorn-stage company. Now leading Ayla, Termii's AI agent, through a platform-wide rollout.
Designing and delivering a 4-week AI Product Management course. Practical, output-driven curriculum built around the Anthropic 4D Framework.
Designing and delivering a 12-module Technical Product Management course, from PM foundations through web fundamentals, APIs, SQL, system design, and AI/ML, ending in a Week 12 capstone.
Integrated generative AI content features across 4 African markets, improving retention by 40% and reducing churn by 10%, while holding a zero critical-defect rate across 15+ third-party integrations.

Problems I solved.
Card Management Portal
Fintech companies on Arca's platform had no self-service way to manage the cards they issued to their customers. Any change required routing a request through Arca's support team, creating slow, manual friction for something that should have been instant.
Designed and led a self-service Card Management Portal giving fintech businesses direct control: card freezing and unfreezing, spend limit configuration, PIN management, and transaction controls, all in real time without involving support.
Card actions that previously took hours through manual support became instant. Reduced operational load on Arca's team and improved the experience for both the fintechs and their end customers.
Customer Settings
Most engagement platforms assume every customer has an email address. African businesses do not. Their customers are phone-number-first, reachable via SMS and WhatsApp, not inboxes. No existing tool accounted for this reality.
Conceived and shipped Customer Settings: a feature that lets businesses configure exactly how their customers are identified and reached. Any attribute in their data (phone number, BVN, account number) could be the primary key. Phone-number-first by default, built for the African context.
The feature became a core differentiator for Termii Engage, directly addressing a gap no competitor had solved for the African market. Adopted across all launch clients.
